Eating Quality Foods

Safe and hygienic transport of packages from f...Image via Wikipedia The quality has become synonymous with junk in today's food industry. If you are like me, its very hard to get good quality foods to eat due to high cost, or some places just don't sale good foods. Eating quality foods in so important to your health, because it allows you to live a longer happier lifestyle. When we eat poor quality foods it shows up in our performance and how we interact with the people around us.

Quality foods are a little more expensive but most of the time it is worth it. For example, going to Wal-Mart versus going to Whole Foods is like driving a Bentley versus driving a Ford Explorer you are going to get a lot more luxury out of the Bentley then you will the Ford. Food is one of the key components of life that we all need to have in order to sustain a healthy life style.

Grocery Stores Selling Old Food

Food 4 Less grocery store in Hollywood, CaliforniaImage via Wikipedia I have went to several grocery stores in the last week. At this grocery stores, I have noticed that old and rotten food is starting to show up on the shelf. Due to inflation the cost of food has risen and the wholesalers along with retailers are taking a direct hit. Many second hand grocery stores are selling out dated food, and you can see it when you inspect the package. For example, old beef, pork, and fish have been placed out on the shelves and if you are not wise you wouldn't think to check out the food before your purchase. As the economy grows poorer, and the cost for the truck driver gas increases, wholesalers prices rise, and retailers incur new cost you will probably see alot more spoiled, dated, and rotten food on the shelf due to rising prices.

Atlanta City Government Says Tap Water

'MyImage by dannyman via Flickr It was recently reported that the city of Atlanta was having some sort of issue with the cost of bottle water. Bottled water is less inexpensive than tap water according to one of the interviews from the news cast I saw the other day. Mayor Kasim Reed held a brief discussion on the cities financial cost with water. Many people believe that city residents should just drink Tap water instead of consuming bottled water.

I think anyone who is trying to make you drink tap water should have his head shot off. Tap water is the worst infested thing you could ask anyone to drink. I hope the city gets its mind in the right place and does something to reconsider using bottled water as a meas to cut water cost.
