farmers where being shut out of funds need to grow and distribute products on their farms. Black farmers just like white farmers need funding inorder to grow their crops. Many in congress was blocking aid to help the black farming community. White farmers seem to have access to much of the aide, and resources needed to make their farming business flourish. Every year farmers pitch for aid from the government inorder to grow and plant crops. The black farming community filed a lawsuite against the agriculture inorder to receive the 2billion dollars in aide it needs to grow its farming business.
