Stress the Silent Killer

Stress is a disease that causes most Americans problems in there daily lives. A body that is not at ease is what stress really is, and its up to you to learn how to manage, cope, and deal with stress on a daily basis. Now, I am no doctor or anything like that, but I am giving my opinions about what you can do to beat stress. Exercising, is a key factor in helping release built up tensionor stress in the body. Personally, I know that aerobics is a really good stress reliever that keeps the body intune with the everyday hussel and bussel of work. Also, if you never considered taking vitamins you should, B Complex vitamins (B3,B6, and B12) really helps to slow down stress in the body. B Complex vitamins gives the body energy to stay alert and combat the onslaught of stress by bringing some ease to the central nervous system.

Stress can lead to the start of other dieases when the body goes from alkaline to acidity. The acid breakdowns the bodies defense zone and can allow sickness to creep in. Do yourself a favor and ask your doctor more about stress and how to combat it .

This is Cool Water saying get healthy, weathy, and wise.
