Eating Healthy

Good health is a constant life style that one has to maintain. If your not trying to stay healthy then you are really just setting yourself up to have problems in the friend. I had a friend of mine who started out with me working out, but she fell off and begin eating everything her eyes saw. As you can bet she is now gaining weight and looking crazy due to her love for food. I bet by this time next year she will be bigger and fatter than she was year before.

Healthy eating is a mind set, so the next time you choose something to eat make the choice to eat healty.

Its Not The Fact its The Acid


This issue is for all you health nuts, fitness guru's, and especially those people who claim to always be on a diet, but never seem to arrive at your ideal weight. Today, we will unravel the myth about losing weight, and the reasons why most of us can't lose weight or can lose weight, but can’t keep it off? Now, I am no doctor, but I happen to know a Doctor who has dispelled the myth on weight lost and weight gained. His name is Dr. Cornelius Stephens. Dr. Stephens has been actively pushing to the public about what acid producing foods do to the body, and how it affects health and weight loss. I felt like it is my duty to share the information with you.
I know you all heard it before “watch what you eat”, but this is a true statement. Most of the foods that are consumed by Americans are not fit for proper consumption due to the acid it produces in the body. The food and drug administration places so many chemicals in the food that it leaves you in poor health. For example, the milk we drink is not fit for proper consumption, because it is very hard for the body to digest, still we have been told many times via advertisement that "Milk Does a Body Good" when it really doesn't. Growing up on Mcdonalds, Burger King , Wendys, KFC, Pizza Hut , Soul food, fried chicken etc. has been the silent killer to everyone. Lets start out with are favorite american food "Chicken" chicken is an acid producing food that believe it or not is a major cause to weight gain due to its acidity.
Dr. Stephens has given us the process to why the body retains fat which helps in the increase of weight due to the acid producing foods,soft drinks and alchol.The body retains fat as a protection against the overproduction of acids produced by the American diet. • Excess acid breaks down the cells of the organs much like the acidic steak sauce breaks down a steak. • That breakdown of cells sends the body into self- preservation mode. • The body starts utilizing dietary fat and body fat in a desperate attempt to protect itself. • Increased acid robs the blood of oxygen slowing down the metabolism causing you to gain and keep the weight .
