Watch What You Eat

Many foods have been linked to Diabetes. If you are not watching the things you eat and drink like Soda, chips, wings, and the list goes on you could be a candidate for diabetes in the future. Alot of foods have substances add to them that are not fit for the body. For example, Natural flavoring is one additive that causes a number of problems with ones health. Monosodium Glumate is another that has done some real damage to my kidneys personally. Please do your self a favor and start watching what you eat.
