Drink Water

Since the summer months i have noticed that many people have not increased there intake of water. If you are not drinking a gallon of water a day then you are really doing your body a disservice. Water helps you in so many ways by keeping the acid out of your body, keeping your skin healthy, and drenching the brain so you can think better.

You should be drinking the right type of water which has a ph of 7.5 . The PH in water helps nourish the cells and remove the acid out of the body it will also give you energy. When you drink water the next time just remember it could save your life.
