I was watching a video by Dr. Africa on the reason most Americans have Diabetes and it was shocking. Dr. Africa said that the pancreas is infected by the process sugar that we eat. The bodies response to the sugar causes it not to a work in a manner that can push out the sugar. When a person begins to consume fried food, white rice, and candy bars etc. it has a real effect on the bodies capability to fight back causing the pancreas to shut down.
